Club Guildlines

  • Arrive at the studio about 10 to 15 minutes earlier so you can get signed in and settled.
  • Advise me if you have any injury, medical condition or limitations before the class starts.
  • Please turn off cell phones and pagers before entering the studio. Calls may not be made from inside the studio at any time.
  • Both Zumba and Yoga are best practised on an empty stomach. We suggest you not eat for about two hours before practising.
  • Wear comfortable, lightweight, flexible clothing such as shorts, T-shirts, leggings or work-out wear. Most important is that you are unrestricted by your clothing.
  • Be considerate to your classmates by arriving on time for your class. In order to get maximum benefits from your practice, enjoy a full happy trip.
  • If you arrive late for class, you are welcome to enter the studio AFTER the opening meditation for Yoga Class; you are welcome to enter the studio AFTER the warm up for Zumba Class. Please be sure to come in quietly to avoid distracting others.
  • Both Zumba and Yoga are not a competitive practice. Be gentle and compassionate towards yourself and your fellow students. Held gently for several minutes releasing tension in the connective tissues, allowing joints to move more freely when you start our sessions.
